Star Charge website: https://www.starcharge.com Summary We are looking for a Field Service Technician who is passionate about providing the best quality of service for our customers and helping them to solve problems. You will be facing customers directly and traveling to customers’ sites frequently. If you are up to challenges and like a rewarding career, then you will likely to be successful in this role. You will be working closely with HQ engineering teams to solve problems for the customers. Your Main Responsibilities Conduct site visits to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair EV chargers. Process, escalate tickets, track resolution status for customers. Track customer’s issue, provide customer support and serve as client’s escalation point. Support executing FW manual test cases and other hardware/firmware development activities. Produce clear and concise request reports and communicate issues clearly with HQ personnel. Other related service technician responsibilities. Required Knowledge and Skills Good understanding of installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, electrical safety and equipment O&M. Possesses license and knowledge to work with high voltage electrical equipment. Basic English communication skills to communicate with colleagues outside of Brazil. Required Education and Experience 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school At least 1 year of work experience in EVSE/Solar/ESS O&M, automotive, construction, installation and network operation. Preferred Education and experience Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechanics, electronics or equivalent fields. 3 years of work experience in EVSE/Solar/ESS O&M, automotive, construction, installation and network operation. Physical requirements Being able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
