Recruitment Manager (Hiring for both USA and Canada) The Voice/Video Operations Engineer is responsible for the administration and support of Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex Contact Center. The position will work closely with other infrastructure teams such as network and server teams to collaborate and solve complex issues as a team. The technical functions include helping to resolve tickets for customer issues, handling user requests for enhancements to existing solutions, and maintaining infrastructure while also driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities Perform technical analysis of software, hardware, and transmission systems for voice communications. Ensure appropriate planning for remote hardware and communication facilities, and develop procedures for installation and support of voice communication systems. Interface with internal/external customers and vendors to determine voice communication system requirements. Design, develop, and support communication systems in multi-switch environments. Design voicemail, dialing plans, and interswitch networking. Maintain knowledge of communication protocols, hardware, and real-time operating systems programming. Problem Solving & Autonomy Learn routine assignments of limited scope and complexity, follow practices and procedures to solve standard problems, receive general instructions, and work under detailed guidance. Work is reviewed regularly for accuracy. Communication & Influence Build stable internal relationships, communicate regularly with team members, and interact primarily with supervisors and project leads. Explain policies and practices related to the discipline. Qualifications & Experience Typically requires a college degree (or equivalent) with up to one year of experience, but may not have any. Conceptual knowledge of industry principles and practices. 2-5 years of experience in Technical Desktop, Service Desk, or Support Services. Experience with Skype for Business and/or Microsoft Teams. Understanding of ITIL standards, best practices, and audit requirements. Preferred experience with Microsoft Teams, Webex Contact Center, or Cisco UCCX platform. Experience working with PowerShell. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
