Responsibilities Process administration of global employee benefits and savings programs such as group insurance, pension plans, short and long-term disability and wellness Coordinate the transfer of data to benefit providers from payroll/HRIS when available. Support benefit applications, changes and terminations to insurance carriers for processing. Coordinate the disability programs with third parties in US and Canada Coordinate invoice management within Benefits by processing monthly and yearly invoices, reconciliation of invoice data and charges and invoice tracking Coordinate documentation on internal sharepoint sites Complete reporting for general administration and renewal from HRIS and benefit provider platform, including monthly reconciliation and internal auditing of data Assist with audit and compliance reporting activities from HRIS and benefit provider platforms Ensure data accuracy across benefit provider platforms Assist with managing the Benefits Inbox and HR ticketing system Collaborate with the HR teams to ensure effective delivery of administration of benefit plans Document procedures and routines of pension and benefits processes for each country. Other reporting and administration tasks as required within HR and Benefits And other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field High level Excel skills and overall ability to learn new systems and applications. Ability to analyze reporting and data Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing requirements, maintaining effectiveness in varying circumstances. Analytical, interpersonal, listening and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Ability to maintain confidentiality in and outside of the organization. Verbal and written communication skills.
