Objective: The role requires a fully proficient level of expertise in digital content strategy, knowledge management practices, and platform enablement. The specialist is expected to apply established principles while exercising sound judgment to adapt to evolving priorities and business needs. While work aligns with established frameworks and governance models, the role often involves collaboration across teams, requiring initiative, flexibility, and cross-functional coordination to deliver consistent and impactful outcomes. Operating independently, with periodic alignment across workstreams and stakeholders to ensure content quality, user engagement, and strategic relevance within the knowledge ecosystem. Responsibilities: Digital Content Strategy & Development - Oversee the full lifecycle of digital content — from creation to archival — ensuring assets align with business goals and evolving user needs. - Write, edit, and elevate high-quality copy for a range of digital assets, including presentations, project Go-Bys, Thought Leadership, and case studies. - Optimize internal SEO by aligning tags, taxonomies, descriptions, titles, and AI-assigned labels with business-critical keywords and user search intent. - Maintain and evolve content templates and editorial best practices; establish clear guidelines for content quality, structure, and governance. Knowledge Ecosystem Maintenance - Collaborate with SMEs and platform leads to ensure content remains relevant, engaging, and strategically aligned. - Lead contributor enablement by developing onboarding guides, training resources, and navigation support for platform users. - Refine AI-generated summaries, improve metadata, and continuously enhance content discoverability in partnership with SMEs and platform owners. (SEO) - Manage review and approval workflows with efficiency, ensuring stakeholder input is integrated while upholding editorial standards. Data & Technology Enablement - Leverage data to create dashboards and generate actionable insights that support content usage, platform adoption, and ecosystem performance. - Serve as a platform superuser — supporting contributors and users throughout their journey, identifying pain points, and championing continuous improvement. Qualifications Requirements: Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Communications, Digital Media, Knowledge Management, Information Science, or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in related fields - 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, digital platform enablement, or knowledge management roles. - Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical content in english. Nice to have: o Familiarity with knowledge platforms, content tagging/metadata, and basic SEO principles. - Advanced problem-solving skills with a strong aptitude for working with numbers and quantitative models - Skills in Word, Excel, Bloomfire (or other Knowledge Platforms), HTML5, PowerBI, Python, R, GA, Seach console etc. Data Taxonomy and meta data structuring - Experience with modelling capability tools such as Python, R, or VBA are a plus Soft skills: - Strong interest in energy transition, energy markets and sustainability topics - Strong attention to detail and a structured mindset - Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and engage with individuals at all organizational levels - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Curious, tech-savvy, and open to learning AI-supported tools - Proactive and self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset - Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven team setting, demonstrating a steep learning curve and a strong commitment to coaching and development.
