SAP PM - Senior (100% remote from Latam) Join our team as an experienced SAP PM - Senior Consultant and work 100% remotely from anywhere in Latin America. You will specialize in delivering SAP Plant Maintenance solutions to meet client needs, optimize processes, and ensure efficient operations. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing SAP PM solutions, integrating with other modules, and supporting clients in adopting new features. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance solutions tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules and technologies. Provide expert advice on SAP PM best practices and strategies. Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and performance improvements of SAP PM implementations. Support continuous improvements within SAP PM environments. Assist clients in leveraging new SAP PM features for operational efficiency. Essential Skills and Technologies Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions and implementations. Knowledge of maintenance processes and equipment lifecycle management. Ability to integrate SAP PM with modules like MM, QM, FI/CO. Proficiency in SAP configuration, process optimization, and data management. Familiarity with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related technologies is a plus. Experience with project management methodologies relevant to SAP deployments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience focusing on SAP PM. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
