As a Change Management Specialist, you will drive the successful adoption of new technologies and business strategies within our ecosystem. You will collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions, minimize resistance, and maximize the impact of change initiatives. You will develop and execute change management strategies for partner programs, product updates, and go-to-market transitions. This includes assessing change impacts on partners and designing targeted interventions for smooth adoption. Key Responsibilities - Develop clear communication plans to inform partners about upcoming changes - Collaborate with enablement teams to develop tailored learning materials for partners - Design, document, and optimize standard operating procedures for consistency and efficiency - Ensure process alignment across tools to maintain data integrity You will also work closely with partner executives, sales teams, and technical leaders to align change initiatives with business goals. As a trusted advisor, you will guide best practices and benefits of the evolving ecosystem. Additionally, you will prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports using standardized templates. You will track and analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve processes. Your primary focus will be on supporting initiatives to enhance partner experience and program effectiveness. Requirements - 4+ years in change management, partner management, or project management - Experience using Power Query, Looker, or Tableau - English: B2+ - Familiarity with frameworks like ADKAR, PROSCI, or Agile change methodologies Responsibilities include managing FinancialForce/Salesforce records based on standard operating procedures, assigning resources to upcoming projects, and collaborating with enablement teams.
