What We Are Seeking We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam as an Accounting Assistant to support accounting analysis and financial information input based on policies established by the company. Key Tasks & Accountabilities Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Create and update expense reports Process reimbursement forms Prepare bank information Enter financial transactions into internal databases Check spreadsheets for accuracy Maintain digital and physical financial records Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed Review and file payroll documents Participate in quarterly and annual audits Skills Academic and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in public accounting. Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge. Experience: +1 year of experience in local taxation law (tax audits, local compliance, tax reporting). IFRS Knowledge. USGAAP knowledge (desirable). Workday ERP knowledge (desirable). Languages: English intermediate-advanced level (nice to have).
