This role is with the ARRISE group. **Responsibilities**: - Maintain and store documentation efficiently; - Maintain facility records to ensure compliance with company standards; - Support the development and communication of policy and procedures relevant to facilities management; - Provide relevant and compliant advice to stakeholders within the facilities; - Work closely with the Facilities Manager; - Ensure the proper functioning of all building functions; - Provide assistance in solving problems related to all facility’s services; - Liaise with maintenance contractors to maintain all building functions including Communications, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Security, Elevators, Structural, Waste Streams, Cleaning, Equipment, and Office Equipment; - Assist and provide support to Facility management in installation - repair projects; - Undertake any other tasks as required by the Company from time to time. **Requirements**: - Great communication and interpersonal skills; - Adaptability / Organizational skills. - Computer literacy (Outlook/Teams/MS Office/MS Windows); - Fluency in English; - Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving; - Previous experience in Facility management is a plus.
