Coupa's Professional Services Teams collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal Product Management to deliver valuable solutions. As experts in Supplier Risk and Performance Management processes, you will support the design, implementation, and deployment of our products to ensure customer success and drive efficiencies. You will focus on the Supplier Risk modules, including Supplier Information Management and Coupa Risk Assess, while also collaborating across the broader suite. Main Responsibilities - Lead the implementation design with customers and support external implementation partners as a subject matter expert. - Advise customers on Coupa best practices, utilizing industry knowledge for optimal functional design. - Lead and support customer design workshops to guide them through the implementation journey. - Support design reviews and collaborate with Product Management on product strategic direction. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Coupa's Supplier Management Suite, covering Supplier Information Management, Risk Assess, and Coupa Risk Assess. Requirements - Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement, Supplier Management, or 3rd Party Risk Management, either internally or externally with a consulting firm or software provider. - Strong client management skills, enabling execution of an implementation plan for rapid go-live success. - Previous consulting experience with Coupa Risk Assess or similar solutions is required. - Prior senior consulting experience with applications such as Aravo, Archer, Process Unity, OneSource, or other widely used 3rd Party Risk Management applications is advantageous. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
