About the Role As our Experience & Admin Supervisor , you'll be the heartbeat behind our employee experience, culture-building efforts, and internal communications. This is a hybrid role that combines creative engagement planning with solid administrative coordination. You’ll create exciting initiatives and ensure they’re executed seamlessly through detailed organization, supplier management, budgeting, and procurement. You’ll work closely with our Operations and Leadership teams to plan, execute, and optimize engagement initiatives aligned with our business goals, while managing administrative tasks such as purchase handling, vendor coordination, invoice tracking, and event logistics. You’ll thrive if you’re a people person, project planner, and operations wizard. Champion employee engagement through innovative initiatives. Handle administrative tasks including purchases, invoices, budgets, and cost tracking. Coordinate with third-party vendors for event logistics and services. Collaborate with business leaders to craft engagement strategies tied to operational challenges. Manage the monthly engagement calendar from brainstorming to execution. Lead and support client visits, events, and internal celebrations. Conduct employee surveys and translate feedback into actionable solutions. Design internal communication materials (presentations, flyers, TV content, etc.). Work with vendors and third parties to bring event visions to life. Promote culture through core value initiatives, team recognition, and retention strategies. What You Bring Strong emotional intelligence and assertive communication style. Extroverted, visible personality comfortable speaking or dancing on stage. Excellent organizational skills to manage timelines, logistics, and last-minute changes. Skill in visual storytelling to engage and inform audiences. Data-driven mindset with observational and analytical skills. Collaborative spirit, sense of humor, and passion for people. 1+ year of experience in engagement, internal communications, or administrative roles (preferred). English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and visual communication tools.
