This role will be focused on supporting the MedTech TranSCend Projects. Specifically, this role will support the solution and deployment of Finance Master Data in conjunction with various ongoing projects. This role will manage all process deliverables with the sending locations leads to transition the Finance Master Data work to run state placement. This role will also be managing rollout of new process and systems with the Finance Master Data operations team. Key Responsibilities: Project Deployment * Effectively oversee multiple projects concurrently in fast past high stress environment * Work with all required stakeholders to ensure proper and timely communications/updates * Data Loads & Validation, high level of detail * Liaise and escalate process issues and taxonomy review among key stakeholders. Know enough of the financial models and processes to ask critical questions, frame issues, and drive results. * Accountable for overall customer satisfaction during deployment process * Accountable for issue and risk resolution & escalation to management where required * Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global template * Continuously enforce implementation of the PMO standards and approach for deployment end to end * Develop and translate strategy into operational goals and objectives * Work with global teams to ensure the organization is enabled to drive deeper standardization efforts. * Thinking creatively and sharing ideas, suggestions and feedback.
