We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identify and mitigate the main risks of our products by defining testing team plans, strategies and monitoring quality metrics. Besides, we are looking for a hands-on lead, who can learn and understand the whole picture of the business to prioritize, from the business perspective the main activities of the QA team members. The candidate must have broader experience in manual/Exploratory testing techniques and tools. You will work closely with the development and product team members to prevent, identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Manage the Product Risks to prioritize testing efforts accordingly. Identify and prioritize the Test Automation Candidates. Data creation/preparation for testing purposes Data analysis and results interpretation Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases. Perform manual/exploratory UI and API testing to identify defects and ensure product quality. Collaborate with engineering teams to define quality standards and testing requirements. Design and execute test plans, test cases Conduct regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not reoccur. Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools. Assist with monitoring and analyzing quality metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve product quality. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and practices. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance. Raise product alerts Distribute the workload between the QA team members To define team priorities. To collect, consolidate and share QA team results. Lead, Mentor and Manage QA Team members. Provide technical guidance and training to team members Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC), software testing life cycle (STLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven experience in leading QA Teams and managing projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications and Tools: Certifications in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE). Test Management Tools: JIRA, Zephyr. API Testing Tools: Postman. Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of performance testing, security testing, and usability testing. Experience in testing Salesforce , MuleSoft , and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications . Knowledge and experience of Cloud technologies and databases Familiar with GenAI Tools for testing purposes.
