Role Description: This role involves developing dashboards, analyzing sales and marketing data, and generating actionable insights to support decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize processes and tools. A strong emphasis on CRM platforms — HubSpot experience is a MUST to apply for this role . Additionally, they will contribute to the design of commercial processes, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in commercial operations, data analysis, and a strong ability to communicate findings across various levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize sales performance, pipeline trends, and revenue forecasts. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify improvement opportunities, behavior patterns, and support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure data alignment and consistency with commercial objectives. Optimize and manage the CRM HubSpot is a MUST , including workflows, sales pipelines, and automation processes. Support training and onboarding of the commercial team , ensuring effective use of tools and processes. Design and improve commercial processes , contributing to operational efficiency and business growth. Required Skills: 5 to 7 years of professional experience in commercial operations, revenue analysis, sales operations, or business-related data analysis. Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot CRM (MUST) and Tableau , with hands-on experience in managing workflows, automation, and generating analytical reports. Advanced analytical skills and effective communication , with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and present findings to stakeholders at various levels, including executive leadership.
