Product & Project Management (Technical) The Analyst, Technical Solutions role serves as the main technical and support services liaison for Strategic Technical Partners. We are seeking an Analyst to manage a small portfolio of high-value, strategic technical partner relationships. This individual will partner with key stakeholder teams to build and maintain comprehensive solutions and relationships, including software integrations and client support models for users of these integrations. The role is vital in ensuring partner integrations function optimally by providing consultation on project, business, and technical requirements related to enterprise-class payment solutions for shared customers. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with our Partner Success and/or Alliances teams to foster long-term relationships through excellent client support, subject matter expertise, process improvements, product best practices, and issue resolution. Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical contact for strategic Visa/Cybersource partners, addressing technical, process, and service challenges. Ensure proper understanding and implementation of new and existing Cybersource partner solution integrations. Provide guidance on solution architecture, business flows, technical troubleshooting, and product consultation for multi-tenant merchant integrations. Manage escalations related to Cybersource platform and product issues until resolution. Collaborate with project teams to deliver consistent, high-quality client service through consultation, training, and communication. Advocate for product enhancement requests within Cybersource/Visa teams. Guide and coordinate merchant onboarding, integration, migration, and support processes for Cybersource products and services. Propose and lead functional and process improvements, coordinating across departments. Maintain subject matter expertise through ongoing training and self-education. This is a hybrid position; in-office days will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD) Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or over 2 years with an Advanced Degree Payment industry experience, including card-not-present, card-present, PCI, and payment risk mitigation Experience with implementation-based project and product management in cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of ERP, OEM, CRM, FI, ISV systems, and related technologies Understanding of technical concepts, networking, databases, programming languages (REST, Java, C/C++, HTML, XML) Experience with complex solution architectures and problem-solving Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences Strong prioritization and strategic planning skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Self-starter with high attention to detail and resolution management skills Visa is an EEO Employer.
