Cultural Transformation Role We are seeking a Culture and Engagement Coordinator to support our cultural transformation strategy and engagement initiatives across six Latin American countries. The role involves executing event agendas, managing engagement data, and coordinating key cultural initiatives to create memorable and measurable experiences for our employees. Main Responsibilities - Coordinate logistics of cultural transformation, wellbeing, and recognition events. - Maintain and update Power BI dashboards with engagement data. - Analyze survey data and participation to identify improvement opportunities. - Provide administrative support to cultural ambassadors. - Support internal communication and engagement campaigns. - Manage relationships with event vendors. - Document processes and protocols for cultural activities. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Experience: 1-2 years in Communication, Human Resources, Corporate Events, or Project Management. - Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. - Technical Skills: Event management, Data analysis, Advanced Excel, Power BI (desirable). - Competencies: Excellent organization, attention to detail, results-oriented, clear communication, teamwork, multicultural collaboration, creativity, proactivity, autonomy, interpersonal skills, and positive influence.
