Responsibilities: Provide sales enablement support to individuals and teams as needed, integrating support with routine job functionsUnderstand diverse needs and develop training and education assets to enable the Solution Consulting team to accelerate value for sales and revenue opportunitiesCreate new training content to meet the diverse needs of the team and update and integrate existing training content from different sourcesConstantly seek to evolve and refine enablement processesAlign sales enablement activities with key internal and external eventsPartner with the broader enablement team in the development of methodology, processes, and best practices content to streamline and improve sales enablement outcomesEstablish on-going and effective communication with sales team members and managementOther duties as assigned Requirements: 5+ years of sales training and enablement experience, within customer success or account managers Going to have to build a learning plan for the CSM who have bookings target.2+ years of experience as a quota carrying Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in a SaaS and/or consumption selling environmentCoaching, training, and enablement in a software companyAbility to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and clearly articulate business value with a good sense of how sales professionals think, operate, and absorb trainingStrong ability to measure and coach both internal team and partnersHighly proficient communication and writing skillsAbility to deliver high-value content that is consumable and actionableAbility to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting mannerAdaptable and able to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid changeCommon sales tools such as SFDC, Outreach, Clari, Zoom Info, and ChorusBuilding out annual strategy and training calendar/cadences to support high growth sales teamsLearning methodologies and best practicesPrevious Accounting experience, nice to have.
