How You'll Create Impact This position supports a defined process and adheres to all applicable corporate and site-specific procedures. You will execute the process with a focus on specific steps, make decisions within these steps, and provide guidance to team members. You will follow up with division, site, and international teams to ensure effectiveness and responsiveness, and communicate data related to the process to leadership. What Makes You Stand Out - Adheres to all corporate and site-specific procedures. - Identifies and investigates solutions to procedural and process issues, revising procedures or processes to improve efficiency and compliance. - Documents and maintains records according to procedures. - Creates and monitors metrics to measure key performance indicators. - Evaluates and executes steps within the process. - Provides guidance to internal and external personnel on process issues. - Assists management with special projects as needed. Your Background Bachelor of Science degree in biology, health sciences, engineering, or nursing is preferred, or a relevant degree with experience.
