About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives involving a complex mix of vendors, software platforms, and internal teams. This role requires someone who can assess risks and dependencies, balance shifting priorities, and drive accountability across projects spanning eCommerce, payment processing, ERP systems, integrations, and data reporting. You'll be managing projects across platforms including SAP, Worldpay, TradeCentric, Elemica, EZSupplier, Kadro, Magento, EDI, PowerBI, and AnswerThink, coordinating both internal and vendor efforts to ensure smooth delivery. Key Responsibilities Identify risks and dependencies across multiple systems, integrations, and vendor-delivered solutions Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects based on urgency, business impact, and resource availability, and develop detailed project roadmaps Track and present status reports, risks, and timelines to leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholders remain informed with clear, timely updates Assess cross-functional needs to ensure efficient sequencing of work Work proactively to evaluate, adjust, and align timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met Coordinate testing windows and activities with developers, vendors, or other required stakeholders Required Qualifications 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT, software, or digital business operations Familiarity with some of the key systems and platforms such as SAP, Magento, PowerBI, EDI, and eCommerce/payment integrations (e.g., Worldpay, TradeCentric, Elemica) Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and cross-team collaboration Experience creating and managing project documentation, timelines, and risk assessments Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience in supply chain, finance systems, or eCommerce integration environments Background working with stakeholder-facing roles in fast-paced, multi-vendor landscapes Familiarity with UAT, deployment coordination, and software lifecycle milestones Experience with Jira Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Project Management Industries Information Technology & Services and Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at SMS Datacenter by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Application Project Manager” roles.
