Sales Director Product Management Customer Acquisition We are seeking a seasoned product leader to oversee the development and growth of our Personalization product line in the Latin American and Caribbean region. This role will be responsible for ensuring the product meets local market needs, delivering go-to-market strategies, and partnering closely with Commercialization counterparts to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching and scaling products in dynamic markets, a strong understanding of consumer trends, and experience in developing innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Acting as Product Owner for Personalization - Leading Product Localization and GTM - Managing Studio process (including pricing) - Closing involvement on pilots - Vendor/partner management - Offers sourcing (in-market) - Understanding competitive landscape - Mapping regional pain points/needs - Training and educational sessions to Account Managers / Sales - Measuring value and articulating impact All about you: - Proven experience as a product, sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth - Expert in Digital Marketing, having dealt with different Martech solutions - Coming mainly from high tech or IT industries, with experience in dealing with digital retail and financial institutions - Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions - Extensive experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets - Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives - Skilled in influencing and motivating teams, with a vision for unifying sales stakeholders around strategic goals - Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans - Recognized as a senior subject matter expert capable of navigating complex deals and engaging with executive-level clients - Deep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends - Creative problem solver with the ability to generate 'out of the box' solutions and build alignment across diverse teams - Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments - International and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable - Exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency - Ability to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures - High analytical skills - Experience in applying data to life cycle management decisions - Fluent in English, Spanish highly desirable
