And if that’s you we would love to have you join us! **Job Description**: - Manages the development and implementation process of projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. This position has overall project management responsibility. Essential functions - This role is a combination of both project and contract management. - You will be the project lead on a number of Application Support contracts across the globe, ensuring that all contractual deliverables are met. - Perform Technical account management for Application Support accounts working closely with the Customer Success team. - Track financial performance for the contracts that you are responsible for. - Write, modify and review Technical Notes, Support Strategy Guides, Rules of Engagement and other documentation. - Participate in the proposal generation cycle ensuring we have a plan for time, skills, costs and other resources required to meet Application support contract deliverables. - Be able to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks associated with multiple project executing in parallel. - Provide internal and customer reports as required. - Drive resolution for open issues. - Undertake general administrative tasks, such as ordering products and services, to support the business and ensure our business systems have accurate data. **Requirements**: - Degree level education, preferably in an engineering discipline including project management. - Previous technical project management experience will be an additional advantage. - High level verbal and written English language skills.
