As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you’ll be a key member managing our cloud operations, mainly focusing on production cloud, platforms, monitoring, and automation. In this role, you will be part of the CloudOps team, managing the development and progression of Radware’s cloud, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability as Radware’s customer base continues to grow. Develop and implement operation automation using tools and scripting capabilities. Monitor and optimize Radware cloud. Collaborate with R&D, Product, and other operations teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of cloud features and services, proactively communicating progress and blockers. Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Create and maintain documentation for cloud operations and processes. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Cloud Operations. Proven experience with large-scale cloud production, providing mission-critical services to enterprise customers. Expertise in application-level services, CDNs, WAF protection services. Proficiency with Wireshark and packet analysis. Good understanding of L7 protocols and experience with load balancers (Alteon/F5/A10) & reverse proxies (Nginx / HAProxy), mainly HTTP/s, DNS. Scripting, automation, and orchestration skills. Hands-on Linux experience (configure, troubleshoot, deploy) for 3+ years. Networking knowledge, including routing (BGP), TCP, and packet analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working independently and in teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies. Experience with CSPs like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
