The ideal candidate will diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve internal issues, and collaborate across teams to enhance user experience. What You'll Do Provide problem-solving support and lead daily onsite and remote IT support for employees. Manage SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Zscaler, Kandji, and Intune. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage inventory, and asset tracking. Handle Windows and MacOS virtualization. Document recurring user issues and solutions. Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders, maintaining a customer-first mindset. Support senior leadership and critical meetings with premium support. Mentor and coach team members on technical challenges. Utilize automation tools to improve processes. Identify opportunities to enhance team and user productivity. Create knowledge base articles and promote best practices. Assist with IT projects and lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage video conferencing, live events, printers, digital signage, and other infrastructure in the office. Manage multiple projects with strong prioritization and attention to detail. About You Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience in the payment industry is a plus. Proven ability to build relationships with customers. 6+ years supporting Mac and PC environments. 4+ years working with SSO (Okta), MDM (Kandji/Intune), and Google Workspace. 3+ years managing user and role-based access in SaaS environments. Hands-on experience with Zoom, including Zoom Phone and Contact Center. Fluent in English and Spanish. Based in Bogotá or Medellín, with the ability to work in-office 3x/week and travel as needed.
