We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, sourcing and promotional events.**Responsibilities**: - Set, plan and implement social media communication, sourcing campaigns and strategies to attract High Quality Talent. - Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts. - Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews. - Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness. - Coordinate with Recruitment, People & Culture and Communication teams. - Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and partners. - Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends for BPO Companies - Act as a Sourcer and Recruiter when needed to support Talent Acquisition Requirements. Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role for at least 3 years. - Experience planning and leading community initiatives - Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs - Excellent verbal and writing communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills - Hands on experience with social media management - Ability to interpret website traffic - Knowledge in: Adobe Photoshop InDesign, content creation, planoly, Capcut, etc. - Social Media Expertise: Instagram, TilTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Linkedin. - Data Analysis knowledge (Google analytics, meta Business suit) - Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver - BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field (preferred)
