Job Description As a seasoned technology leader, you will oversee the strategic direction and operation of our cloud infrastructure division. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining scalable DevOps and MLOps infrastructure. Leading the transition to a SaaS product offering. Ensuring seamless integration with AWS and Azure platforms. Managing massive computational loads for a 100+ engineer organization. Developing and leading a robust team. Our ideal candidate possesses: A master's degree in computer science or a related field. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering and/or DevOps. 2+ years of experience leading DevOps and/or platform teams in a technology-driven company. Proven leadership skills with ability to prioritize and manage urgency. Excellent understanding of DevOps practices and agile methodologies. We value candidates who are experienced in development, deployment, and production environments for AI solutions, particularly large language models. Experience leading MLOps/AI/Data engineers is also essential. This role reports directly to the CTO and requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of automation tools such as Terraform.
