As a Manager of Paid Media, you will oversee Campaign Management processes to drive online growth, including creating ads and campaigns, tracking processes, generating reports, and optimizing for better performance. You're day to day Manage marketing budgets aimed at optimization and increased profitability. Track and optimize ads based on consumer behavior. Review and generate reports on campaign KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and ROAS. Measure and analyze the impacts of online promotional actions. Continuously seek new profitable sources of paid traffic. Problem-solve, resolve issues, and find creative solutions for client needs. Ensure campaigns meet defined conversion objectives. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies. Who we’re looking for: Experience with data visualization tools/dashboards. Knowledge of affiliate programs and direct marketing. Experience with digital delivery technologies: emailing, SMS, Push Notifications. Technical knowledge of digital advertising platforms. Intermediate English proficiency. Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Native, etc. Experience with web analytics, tracking, and campaign monitoring. Knowledge of tag management tools like Google Tag Manager. Experience managing significant digital marketing budgets and KPIs. Strong analytical skills. Self-motivated, curious, eager to explore new business avenues. High learning capacity and organizational skills. Ability to propose and plan digital strategies for brand development.
