What success looks like in this role: - Operate, monitor, and support hybrid infrastructure environments (cloud + on-prem). - Respond to incidents, troubleshoot system and network issues, and ensure timely resolution. - Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health and performance. - Support backup, recovery, patching, and disaster recovery operations across platforms. - Collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement operational best practices and maintain compliance. - Optimize resource usage and cost across cloud and local infrastructure. - Automate routine tasks and operational processes using scripting or configuration management tools.
