We have a performance and personal development based culture. **Resposibilities**: - Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations, including but not limited to: staffing, workflow management, performance metrics, and facilities management. - Implement effective processes and standards to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency. - Hire, train, motivate, and supervise office staff, including providing regular performance feedback and developing career growth opportunities. - Develop and implement office policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with the IT department to ensure proper functioning of call center systems and technology. - Develop and monitor budgets, including cost management and revenue generation strategies. - Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and set operational goals. - Ensure high-quality customer service delivery and address escalated client issues as needed. - Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. - Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and conducive to effective work. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - At least 5 years of experience in office management or operations management, preferably in a call center or similar environment. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team. - Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong organizational and planning skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools. - Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures. - Understanding of call center operations and customer service best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $3,039,571 - $5,618,820 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
