This role supports the finance lead in all training and development activities to develop best-in-class finance professionals and assists in developing the finance team. It supports a robust control and compliance environment and contributes to implementing Operations Finance innovations and projects. What will I be doing? The Accounts Receivable team is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of Billing, Collection, credit control, and related activities. Specifically, you will: Ensure smooth billing and collection operations in full compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual frameworks. Partner with all hotel finance team members and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including Commercial and Operations teams. Participate in relevant Finance development programs. Responsibilities will align with joint job descriptions and Hilton’s job segregation policies. What are we looking for?
