Inthis role, you will combine technical expertise with strong projectleadership skills to drive successful implementations of AWS-basedsolutions for our clients. You will bridge business requirementswith technical solutions, facilitating technical discussions andensuring alignment with customer objectives. Applying AWSframeworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework whiledemonstrating technical credibility across diverse stakeholders,you will distill customer needs into clear technical requirements,decompose complex problems, and make informed trade-off decisionsconsidering performance, scalability, security, and businessimpact. Possessing strong technology and program/project managementexperience, you will validate technical solutions against businessgoals, recognize when additional technical evaluation is needed,and manage technical risks. You will be expected to achieve andmaintain relevant AWS certifications, develop domain-specificexpertise, and effectively communicate technical concepts to bothtechnical and business audiences. As you progress, you’ll leadincreasingly complex technical projects, shape cross-organizationaltechnical strategies, and establish best practices in your domain. Key job responsibilities As anexperienced technology program/project manager, you will beresponsible for: 1. Leading and managing complex cloud migrationand implementation projects 2. Leveraging comprehensive knowledgeof AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guidetechnical decisions and strategic planning 3. Bridging businessrequirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineeringdiscussions and ensuring alignment with customer objectives 4. Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements andmapping them to business objectives 5. Decomposing complextechnical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions 6. Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentationstandards BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 8+ years of experience in cloudcomputing, preferably with AWS. - 10+ years experience in projectmanagement of technical programs - Customer facing experience,interfacing with executive stakeholders, and leading delivery forlarge transformation programs - Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience - Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical andbusiness audiences. - Demonstrates strong written and verbalcommunication skills in Spanish and English. PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS - Active project management certification (PMI-PMP,CSM, SAFE) - AWS experience and certifications (AWS CertifiedSolutions Architect - Associate) - Excellent communication andpresentation skills, with experience preparing projectcommunications and presenting to diverse audiences. - Provensuccess managing multiple stakeholders in complex enterpriseenvironments, with ability to recognize and adapt to team dynamics,cultural nuances, and varying operating styles. - Demonstratesability to present to C-level executives and technical experts,driving discussions on best practices, project management, and riskmitigation. - Experience in technical problem-solving.
