Job Function: Software & Cloud The role: We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: **Platform Specialist - O**ffice365** **SoftwareOne** Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín | Hybrid How a day to day would look like in this role: - Port Management and FileServer Administration. - User Management Support case escalation to Microsoft Reporting incidents and changes impacting the tenant Activity reports, inactive sites - Backup and recovery strategy Creation and management of sites and site collections. - Creation and management of libraries, lists, and workflows. - Configure security and compliance Monitor performance and activity Incident and request resolution. - Maintenance window planning. - Management and optimization of allocated storage. - Application of best practices. - Create and configure policies for Teams, Chats. - Adjusting permissions based on groups instead of users. What we need to see from you: **Profile**:Degree in Systems Engineering or related field with experience as a platform administrator in SharePoint Online, OneDrive (Advanced), Teams, and Azure Purview (Intermediate). Active Directory, Networking, IP Addressing, Routing. **Required skills**: - Experience in the role of architect. - Advanced experience in managing Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive. - Advanced knowledge of Intune. Intermediate knowledge of Azure Purview. - Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server. - Low knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager or MECM, as well as scripting creation and vulnerabilities. **Certification**: MS-102, MS-900 MS 700 **Desirable**: ITIL V3 or V4, MS-203 **BENEFITS**: - Direct and indefinite-term employment.
