This role involves collecting and analyzing large datasets to enable visualization, insights, and data-driven decision-making within the Global - Executive Reporting team. Availability: Able to work on-site and remotely with rotating days off. Requirements Experience with data/analytics tools: SQL (advanced), BI (advanced), Python (intermediate). Stakeholder engagement to understand data flow and application usage. Involvement in the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards and reports. Supporting requirement gathering, consultation, and solution design. Effective communication during development phases. Key Responsibilities Lead UAT, troubleshooting, and resolution. Engage with end-users to communicate and educate. Implement and manage KPIs to deliver insights and drive impact through data-driven decisions. Collaborate with teams to plan and deliver analyses, including root cause analysis and process improvements. Package complex information to generate actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and validation before presentation. Support business solutions and partner with development teams for report/dashboard creation. Work with subject matter experts to support reporting and system updates. Develop documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases. Create playbooks and promote a culture of collaboration. Maintain confidentiality. Language requirement: English 60% B1.
