As a marketing leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation within our organization. With a focus on the APAC region, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our global portfolio strategy framework. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for leading new product launches, defining pre- and post-launch strategies, and tracking execution at the local level. Additionally, you will identify customer needs and work closely with the Global Business Unit to incorporate regional requirements into global product developments. You will also manage cross-functional teams to drive top-line growth and maximize margin gains. Furthermore, you will support the APAC BU Vice President in preparing market models, strategic plans, and competitive updates. Skills and Qualifications - Strong ability in tactical execution for sales training and in-field interactions with key opinion leaders (KOLs) - Regionally oriented conviction and ability to develop, write, and present effective sales and marketing training plans - Solid understanding of market needs, trends, competitive forces, and new technologies - Experience in optimizing promotional activities and multi-channel promotions - Proven track record in sales and distributor training, with experience working with KOLs in sports medicine - Experienced in conducting customer segmentation and targeting approaches What We Offer We offer a dynamic and results-driven environment where you can apply your skills and expertise.
