As a Paralegal, you will be involved in providing legal support to attorneys through document review, research, and case management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of legal processes. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: - Conduct document review for accuracy, compliance, and case relevance, maintaining high standards of legal integrity. - Perform legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law to support attorneys in case preparation. - Manage case files and legal documentation, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and properly organized. - Draft and proofread contracts, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents under attorney supervision. - Maintain and update case management systems, tracking deadlines, filings, and key case milestones. - Assist with discovery processes, including organizing exhibits, summarizing depositions, and preparing trial binders. - Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner. - Provide general administrative support to attorneys and the legal team. Requirements: What would help you succeed: - Proven experience in document review, legal research, and case management. - Familiarity with legal research methods and resources. - Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum requirements: - Studies: Law, Legal Studies, Political Science, or a related field. - Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on document review, legal research, and case management. - Language: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2+ or higher preferred). - Other Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Perks: - Schedule: Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
