What You’ll Do at Deel The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator is a vital member of the TA Operations team, responsible for maintaining systems, tools, and workflows that support efficient and high-quality hiring. This includes managing interview scheduling via Ashby, supporting structured interview plans, onboarding interviewer programs, and standardizing job setup and pipeline configurations. The role involves close collaboration with recruiters and TA leadership to ensure a positive candidate experience, data accuracy, and interviewer readiness. Additionally, the coordinator maintains documentation and knowledge resources for the global TA team, ensuring operational integrity of the recruiting process. Key Responsibilities Manage interview scheduling through Ashby automation, ensuring alignment with interviewer availability and a smooth candidate experience. Maintain structured interview plans in Ashby for consistency and role alignment. Oversee ATS setup, including workflows, templates, permissions, and automation to support efficient hiring. Support interviewer training programs, track participation, and update documentation. Monitor and manage the interviewer pool, ensuring certification and capacity across regions. Track candidate progress, identify blockers, and partner with recruiters to ensure timely, quality experiences. Provide troubleshooting and onboarding support for Ashby and Metaview users. Maintain clear documentation for scheduling, interviewer expectations, and TA workflows. Collaborate with recruiters and TA leadership to align tools and processes with hiring priorities. Key Qualifications Experience with Ashby (scheduling, job setup, workflows, automation). Familiarity with Metaview for interview structure and feedback (preferred). Experience supporting interviewer programs and managing process documentation. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, capable of working across global teams. Background in TA operations, recruiting coordination, or HR systems support.
