Plan A Technologies is looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer with experience in React and .NET Web API development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for modernizing legacy applications and a solid understanding of full-stack development practices. Please note: you must have at least 4+ years of experience with React.js and 3+ years with .NET Core/.NET 5+ Web APIs to be considered for this role. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Develop and maintain modern, responsive front-end interfaces using React.js. Integrate front-end components with .NET Web APIs to build scalable, maintainable applications. Participate in modernization efforts, transforming legacy systems into cloud-ready, modern web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape technical direction of projects. Support CI/CD efforts and application deployment processes. Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. EXPERIENCE 4+ years of experience developing applications with React.js. 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET 5+ Web APIs. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Experience working on application modernization projects, including migrating monoliths to modern architectures. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for quality and continuous improvement. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Initiative and drive to do great things.
