TTS OPS Readiness is responsible to support transformation initiatives and be the OPS single point of contact to make sure new implementations meet expected requirements in functionality and quality by assessing Quality Assurance and testing methodology and participating in the project planning to incorporate Operational Readiness activities to meet the expected outcome of a business strategy. Manage and coordinate operational Readiness activities for technical projects related to regional and global implementations associated to P&R; products in LATAM. Will lead Transformation programs as the key OPS contact following up and executing OPS analysis, process mapping and reengineering, following the LATAM OPS Footprint to the Citi Service Centers. Will also assess technical designs and evaluate operational impact for new rollouts. Accountable for OPS Readiness activities such as training, dress rehearsal, usability testing and PVT. Key programs are Cross border payments & Instant Payments roadmap **Responsibilities**: 1. Manage TTS OPS P&R; GPP Transformation Portfolio(Plan, activities, reporting, deliverables): - PI Planning sessions to define releases scope with key Product and Technological stakeholders and Operational Users - Operational/Steering Committees attendance and Reporting Status - Working Group participations to raise dependencies, Issues & Concerns - PTS Milestones Management to update weekly Operational RAG status Operational Plan follow ups and control deliverables 2. Execute transforamtion program activities(QA Oversight, Dress rehearsal, Pilot Validation Test) - QA Oversight validating Testing Plan, Defects triaging - Training scope plan, materials and coordinate training sessions - Manage Usability Testing with Operational Users - Manage Dress Rehearsal to develop plan, scenarios with Local and Regional Operation Teams - Manage Pilot Validation Test to develop plan, scenarios and coordinate weekend Minute by Minute implementations with Local and Regional Operation Teams **Qualifications**: - 6-10 years of experience in a related senior level role with experience in trade / cash operations and management - Proven experience in creating and implementing processes that result in improved business performance - Effective verbal and written communication and analytical skills **Education**: - Bachelor's/University degree, Master’s degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
