Job description: Coordinate and execute all aspects of concurrent technical projects, from initiation to successful completion. This includes generating project documentation, creating and tracking tasks and workflows, managing priorities and requests, assessing and mitigating risks, providing project support and direction, and maintaining schedules for all projects and activities. The Project Manager will also need to establish clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. The main goal is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. An experienced Project Manager ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-moving organization is a plus. Responsibilities and assignments Define project stakeholders, timelines, and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate between internal teams and external resources, communicating guidelines and deadlines clearly and effectively. Assess, define, and mitigate project risks, and resolve conflicts and issues proactively. Coordinate among internal teams to delegate and prioritize tasks, and conduct status updates and check-ins with team members. Provide regular project status updates, progress tracking, and deliverable reports to teams and stakeholders. Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, upholding high standards and accountability for deadlines. Partner with internal teams, including App Managers, Technical Leaders, Development teams, Release Managers, and others as required. Support onboarding, mentoring, planning, budgeting, and ensure messaging and quality standards are maintained. Be accountable for project outcomes, ensuring they stay on budget and schedule, and meet or exceed expectations. Ability to create and edit project documents, materials, and presentations. Requirements and qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent with practical experience. At least 3 years of progressive experience in IT and/or software development project management. Experience managing Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile projects. Experience with Atlassian's JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and other project management tools like Planview; experience at Citi and knowledge of PTS is highly desirable. Enthusiastic candidate willing to identify disorganization and foster clarity of purpose. Experience with Technology projects managing EOVS, Tech Mandates, and knowledge of Safety & Soundness is a plus. Enjoys mentorship, learning, and collaboration in cross-functional teams; committed to growth. Demonstrates leadership, accountability, ownership, and critical thinking; adept at resolving issues smoothly. Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills. Excellent multitasker, capable of working independently and in teams. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master certification is a plus.
