We deliver senior-led execution, cross-border expertise, and rigorous financial analysis through a nimble platform rooted in client alignment, transparency, and trust. **Role Summary** We are seeking a seasoned **Vice President** with a minimum of 6 years of investment banking or related experience to join our senior advisory team. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of deal execution, active client engagement, and team oversight. You will lead multiple transactions simultaneously, drive strategic initiatives, and play a key role in firm development alongside senior partners. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead day-to-day execution of M&A; and capital advisory mandates - Serve as the primary client contact throughout the deal lifecycle - Drive origination and idea generation in coordination with senior leadership - Oversee and review financial modeling, valuation work, and client deliverables - Manage complex diligence, structuring, and negotiation workstreams - Mentor and train Associates, Analysts, and Summer Analysts to ensure high-quality output - Contribute to internal firm-building initiatives and business development efforts **Required Qualifications** - Minimum 6 years of experience in investment banking or a related field (e.g., private equity, corporate development) - Extensive transaction experience, ideally with cross-border components - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing deal teams - Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus) - Located in Latin America or the United States, or willing to work remotely in EST/CST time zones **Preferred Qualifications** - Deep knowledge of the Latin American and Caribbean markets - Sector experience in infrastructure, consumer, TMT, financial services, or industrials - Strong network of corporate and investor relationships in the region **What We Offer** - Accelerated track toward Partner-level roles - Leadership role with high visibility and impact on client engagements - Direct access to institutional investors and regional market leaders - Entrepreneurial environment with lean teams and real ownership - Competitive performance-based compensation - Remote-first model with regional collaboration and integration **Application Process** - Deal experience review and technical assessment - Fit interviews with team members and partners - Final round with executive leadership
