This role is ideal for someone who thrives in LinkedIn recruitment and lead generation outreach, using a combination of personalized messaging, automation tools, and email campaigns to engage both Virtual Assistants (VAs) and potential business clients. As an Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for executing targeted LinkedIn recruitment campaigns to attract top-tier VAs while simultaneously identifying and engaging B2B leads for client acquisition. Additionally, you will support Cold and Warm Email Marketing efforts to nurture and convert prospective leads. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to outreach, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and business prospects while working closely with the Outreach Manager to refine and optimize strategies. Job Tasks: Execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to attract and recruit Virtual Assistants (VAs) using LinkedIn Job Slots . Support the processing of LinkedIn job postings to maximize visibility and engagement. Research and build targeted prospect lists for outreach efforts via LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns . Support the personalization of outreach messaging to improve engagement rates with potential clients and Virtual Assistants. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools to identify and contact key business prospects. Assist in managing cold and warm email outreach campaigns , including follow-up sequences and personalization strategies. Maintain and organize contact lists to ensure the accuracy of prospect data. Monitor and report on LinkedIn and email outreach performance , optimizing based on engagement and response rates. Support interdepartmental projects along Recruitment and Application teams to align outreach efforts with business goals. Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients and Virtual Assistants leads through automated and manual outreach efforts. Responsibilities: Execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to attract and recruit high-quality Virtual Assistants (VAs) . Support the development process and implement outreach messaging sequences for both lead generation and VA recruitment . Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools to identify and report on key business prospects. Support the Outreach Manager in optimizing outreach campaigns and ensuring alignment with company goals. Track and report day-to-day performance metrics , making data-driven reports and minor adjustments to improve outreach effectiveness. Maintain and update outreach databases , ensuring data accuracy for lead generation and Requirements 1+ years of experience using LinkedIn for outreach, lead generation, or recruitment. Experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms (HubSpot preferred). Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging outreach messages. Solutions-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize outreach strategies. Excellent time management skills, including multitasking and prioritization. Nice to have Ideally, experience using Project Management Software (We use Infinity ).
