Account Management Professional The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of managing client accounts, with a strong focus on delivery and leadership. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with typically 7+ years of relevant work experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day delivery of assigned client accounts to ensure smooth operations and meet client needs. - Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on account performance. - Work with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics and stay informed about industry trends and their impact on account strategies. - Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate when necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles. - Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership. - Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Additional Requirements: - An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. - Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
