_**Job Description**_ GP Transco, a leader in the transportation industry in Chicago, is looking for a talented Recruiting Assistant to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for evaluating driver's resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork. As a recruiting coordinator, you have a thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. If you have strong communication skills, we want to meet you. - **Responsibilities**_ - Enter incoming leads into specified databases - Consult with managers to discover drivers requirements and specific job objectives - Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions - Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires - Stay up to date with current recruiting methods - **Skills**_ - Proven work experience as a Recruiting Assistant or recruiter - Excellent communication skills - Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline - **Schedule**:_ - Monday to Friday.
