We are looking for a highly motivated, committed, and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our legal team. We’re seeking someone passionate about serving immigrant communities, with solid legal knowledge and the ability to manage complex cases independently. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced and expanding law firm, taking the lead on processes and raising team standards. Requirements Key Requirements: - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written fluency). - Proven experience (minimum 3 years) handling immigration cases, especially T Visa, VAWA, and other humanitarian-based processes. - Demonstrated ability to lead paralegal processes, support the training of new team members, and work independently with minimal supervision. - Excellent legal writing, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. - Ability to review, supervise, and improve work submitted by other paralegal team members. - Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment. - Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Slack, Camp Legal, Google Drive, Monday.com, or similar platforms).
