This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Marketing team. **Job Description** Job Summary** The Creative Producer is a strategic and creative professional responsible for overseeing the development and execution of high-quality visual and written content across all brand channels. This role manages a multidisciplinary team of designers and copywriters, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, consistency in execution, and excellence in delivery. The producer acts as a central hub for project intake, planning, execution, and quality control while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture. **Responsibilities**: **Project Intake & Planning** - Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming branding and design requests. - Translate briefs into actionable plans, ensure clarity across team, and assign appropriate creative (based on skillset, availability, and competing deadlines). - Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring realistic deadlines and resource allocation. **Project Management & Execution** - Oversee the end-to-end execution of branding and design projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand standards. - Monitor project progress, proactively identify issues or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track in Asana and via 1:1 or team meetings - Manage feedback loops and version control; ensure adherence to established workflows and creative processes. - Handle and help coordinate printing/production of collateral on a global scale and manage communications with external providers. **Oversight & Quality Control** - Review and provide feedback on design, content, and animation deliverables to ensure consistency, clarity, and brand alignment. - Maintain high standards of quality across all creative outputs, including digital, print, video, and social media. **Strategic Collaboration** - Partner with marketing leadership to align creative output with broader campaign strategies and business objectives. - Contribute to brand evolution initiatives, including visual identity, messaging frameworks, and content strategy. - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the brand’s creative expression. **Team Leadership & Project Management** - Build monthly or quarterly reports. - Manage daily work for a team of graphic designers and copywriters. - Provide regular feedback and coaching. - Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team environment. - Identify skill gaps and provide training opportunities (examples include Asana task management, leveraging graphic tools or templates, content-to-visual design development, etc). - Conduct regular performance reviews with Director and support professional development. **Qualifications** Education & Experience**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or marketing within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Proven experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams (designers, copywriters, etc.). - Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). **Skills & Competencies**: - Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously from intake to execution. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors. - High attention to detail and commitment to quality control across all creative outputs. - Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable creative plans. - Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and content strategy. - Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement. **Leadership** - Leads with clarity, empathy, and accountability—aligns teams and perf
