What You'll Do Cultivate new business connections through inbound leads — prospecting is not required! Serve as a liaison between customers and our in-house Production team Provide consultation to customers to complete orders and resolve issues to ensure a smooth ordering process Follow up primarily through phone calls (inbound), emails, and messages as needed Drive sales initiatives and close your pipeline within the company Meet KPIs and sales targets consistently Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business Handle post-sales concerns via ticketing system Track, progress, and ensure delivery of custom products globally Coordinate design edits with the Graphic Design team to prevent errors Update daily reports and trackers regularly Within 1 month, you'll: Learn The/Studio’s value proposition Get integrated with your team and start hitting targets Sell your first inbound deal Familiarize yourself with inbound email sequencing Within 3 months, you'll: Proactively suggest custom options to clients Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and support clients throughout their design process Be recognized for your productivity and process improvements Become a product and prospecting expert Within 6 months, you'll: Identify effective tools and sales strategies Build a loyal base of repeat customers Prepare for year-end targets and exceed quotas Be considered for promotion What We're Looking For Passion for sales and the apparel industry At least 1 year of sales experience; consultative and account management experience is a plus Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a bonus!
