What You Can Expect As a Zimmer Biomet full life-cycle Senior Talent Partner–GBS & LATAM , you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role can be remotely located anywhere within the US. How You'll Create Impact - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications. - Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels. - Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values. - Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate. - Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties. - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline. - Support Zimmer Biomet’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience. - Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects. What Makes You Stand Out - Strong sourcing techniques - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates. - Influencing and negotiation skills Your Background - English Proficiency is required (B2+) - 6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner - Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes. - Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Director level - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software. - Portuguese is highly desirable.
