What you will do: Collaborate with business stakeholders and designers to gather and define requirements for new features and deployments Document functional specifications for web and mobile platforms Analyze and document new processes to improve business efficiency Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities and customer-centric solutions Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline. 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital product environments Solid understanding of Agile, SDLC, and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro SAP/ERP experience, including workflows, master data, and system configuration.
