Designer - Instrumentation Kent is seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Designer to support ongoing projects in Bogotá. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality designs and ensuring compliance with project requirements. The successful candidate will have experience working with instrumentation and control systems, excellent technical skills, and strong communication abilities. They will be responsible for elaborating plans, drawings, and diagrams specific to each project, applying knowledge, standards, and norms established for each document. Additionally, they will provide technical support to engineers, participate in audit issues, and perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application. - Responsibilities: - Elaborate plans, drawings, and diagrams specific to each project, applying knowledge, standards, and norms established for each document. - Provide technical support to engineers in preparation, revision, complementation, or extension of technical standards generally applied. - Participate in the solution of internal audit findings, periodic verifications, and/or non-conformity reports issued by the Quality Area. - Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Draftsman, Technician, or Technologist related to the Specialty. - Basic/Intermediate level of English desirable. - Excellent command of the Spanish language in both oral and written communication and skills. - Specific experience from 6.1 to 9 years. - Advanced Drawing Software (Autocad 2D and 3D). - Interpretation of wiring diagrams of the Instrumentation and Control area. - Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Office Package. - Interpretation of P&ID;'s. - Field data collection.
