Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, track and improve digital paid campaigns under the guidance of regional performance marketing led. - Segment customers and create audiences based on their characteristics. - Regularly monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization actions to managers and stakeholders. - Develop text ads in English, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the topic, or propose English-language versions for translation into other languages. - Define buyer personas and create targeted audiences. - Outline the customer journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). - Collaborate with team members to allocate budgets effectively across paid advertising campaigns. - Attend planning meetings as required, depending on project needs and stakeholder requests. - Liaise with content, SEO, web teams, product owners, lines of business representatives and field marketing managers to align objectives and avoid duplication of efforts. - Work closely with the graphic design team to develop text, display and video ads in English, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the topic, or propose English-language versions for translation into other languages. - Develop dashboards and reports to track performance. - Manage KPIs to optimize results. - Stay up-to-date with new paid advertising platforms as needed. - Create UTM codes and provide marketing automation support. - Promote eCommerce paid media initiatives. - Align global marketing programs and provide support. - Collaborate with central and field marketing teams to ensure cohesive creation, execution and testing/optimization to increase engagement. - Document and communicate best practices for demand marketing program implementation across the organization, including recommendations for improvements. - Advocate for data-driven risk-taking by demand marketers. - Stay informed about trends and best practices in Paid Media, digital continuity solutions and digital marketing. - Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues in other departments. Required Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Experience in a business-to-business environment. - Analytics skills, including reporting and dashboards using GA4 and Data Studio. - Intermediate Excel skills. - Knowledge of inbound/outbound marketing methodologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Working knowledge of tools in digital experience and demand marketing, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager and social media platforms. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ABM (account-based marketing). - Proficiency in Paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn for Business, Meta for Business). - SEO, web and keyword research skills using SEMRush, Similar web and Alexa. - Performance-oriented mindset (KPI management). - Budget management skills. - Graphic design skills. - Creativity. - Experience managing external providers/agencies. Education and Certifications: - Marketing/advertising/communication degree. - Desired digital marketing/digital advertising specialization/certifications. - Google Ads certifications (Search, Display and Video). - LinkedIn for Business Certification. - Meta Advertising platforms certifications. - Google Analytics basic certification (GA4).
