Financial Analyst Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing critical financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making. This role will focus on cash flow analysis, financial reporting, and dashboard automation. You will be working closely with various departments to consolidate and validate financial data, track and forecast cash flow performance, and extract and analyze data from ERP systems, QuickBooks, Excel, and databases. Key Responsibilities: - Cash Flow Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal financial reports to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information. - Financial Reporting: Consolidate and validate financial data across departments to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Dashboards and Automation: Develop and automate dashboards and recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. - Data Analysis: Extract and analyze data from various sources, including ERP systems, QuickBooks, Excel, and databases, to inform business decisions. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and strategic planning processes by analyzing financial data and providing recommendations. Requirements: - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. - QuickBooks: Experience with QuickBooks is required. - English Proficiency: English proficiency at B2-C1 level. - Excel Skills: Strong Excel skills, financial analysis, and reporting knowledge.
