What You’ll Do 1. Project Coordination & Communication - Act as my point of contact for marketing agencies, manufacturers, and my team in Ghana. - Keep track of deliverables, follow up on tasks, and make sure everything stays on schedule. - Make sure the branding, marketing, and manufacturing teams are aligned. 2. Marketing & Branding Support - Work closely with agencies in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka on branding and marketing strategies. - Help review proposals, marketing plans, and social media content. - Keep an eye on campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution. 3. Manufacturing & Product Development Assistance - Communicate with manufacturers about product design, samples, and production timelines. - Ensure sustainability and quality standards are met. - Handle logistics-related coordination as needed. 4. Administrative & Scheduling Support - Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings across multiple time zones. - Organize files, contracts, and correspondence related to the project. 5. Team & Operations Support - Help set up and manage project tracking tools (like Trello, Asana, Notion, or Google Docs). - Track budgets, invoices, and agency payments. - Conduct research and compile reports when needed. Who You Are - You get things done—organized, efficient, and always thinking a step ahead. - You have experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Operations Manager, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or branding. - You’re comfortable with marketing, branding, or product development processes. - You can work across different time zones and are comfortable managing international vendors. - You’re tech-savvy and proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Trello, or Asana.
